Power Sweeping

Power Sweeping is one step above a Standard Sweeping. Power Sweeping involves using specialized poly rods with brushes attached to a hub controlled by a high speed power
drill. In most cases of first degree creosote the brush head will clean out not only the chimney or liner, but the cap as well. Therefore, this way of sweeping can almost always be performed without having to get on the roof. It is a secondary option of removing first degree creosote. It's also sometimes the only option when creosote is right in between first and second degrees.
